Knowing Your Login Credentials

1. New Learners

You will receive the following login credentials in your email, shared with the school during the admission process. It covers your Login Name and Password.

  • ID: 21keb5678@21kschool.school
  • Password: ddmmyyyy (Learner's date of birth)

The password for first-time users is the date of birth of the learner in the DDMMYYYY format. These details are essential for the one-time setup process for activating your Gmail account, Zoom account, 21K School portal, and applications.

2. Existing Learners Rolling Over To New Academic Year

The login credentials are the same for the existing student rolling over to next year. Further, there is no need to repeat the one-time setup process for Gmail, Zoom, Portal, and Applications.

The existing learners rolling over to the new academic year only need to log into their portal to join the classes with the existing credentials.

Activating Your Gmail Account

The school shares a dedicated Gmail account with the learner at the start of the onboarding process. Activating this Gmail account is straightforward, and it’s essential to keep this information handy for future use.

The steps to activate your Gmail Account are:

  • Step 1: Go to your browser and type https://mail.google.com/. Here, click on the Sign-in option.

  • Step 2: Enter the provided School ID in the email address field. After this, use the Date of Birth of the learner in the DDMMYYYY format as the password.

  • Step 3: Click on "I understand" to move ahead in the activation process.

Activating Your Zoom Account

Zoom is the preferred choice for all video conferencing and daily classes. It is an easy-to-use medium on your laptops/ personal computers/ tablets or other devices.

The steps to activate your Zoom Account are:

  • Step 1: Go to your browser and type https://21kschool.zoom.us/.

  • Step 2: Click on the Sign in option and then select the Confirm your email address option.

  • Step 3: Check the learner’s activated Gmail inbox for the Zoom activation link.

Steps To 21K School Portal Login

21K School Portal is an easy-to-use and feature-rich platform for learners to attain the best digital learning experience. It ensures that learners can access the platform for attending classes or other academic activities.

The step-by-step instructions for the 21K School portal login are:

    Here you can check the option: “Join 21K School Admin Lobby.”

The steps to download and sign in Zoom application are:

  • Step 1: Go to https://zoom.us/download and download the Zoom application on your laptop/desktop/PC for daily classes.

Downloading the 21K School‑eCampus Application

21K School- eCampus application is a secure and light application for learners and parents. It is crafted exclusively for parents to stay connected with their learner’s progress with a click on their smartphones.

Before downloading the app, ensure you have logged into the web portal at 21K School Portal. Parents can quickly complete the one-time login process using the 21K School ID and password on the application.

Open the application on your device. Here, click on Allow Notifications.

To ensure the best digital experience for our learners, the 21K School offers a digital library and e-content for Indian Curriculum and British Curriculum learners.

AssessPrep – What is it?

Assessprep is the dedicated platform for our learners to complete summative and formative assessments.

Learners need to log in first to Assessprep with their 21K School Email ID and here the default password is 12345678 It is a one-time process only to access Assessprep from the portal.

Joining The 3rd Language Classes or Capstone Courses

The 2nd language classes and 3rd language classes are available to the learners according to the subject selection and grade. The Capstone courses are available for learners at the start of the academic year.

The learners can access these classes and courses by logging into the portal, going to the classes and subjects, and then selecting the daily agenda.

Joining The Daily Classes

Joining the daily classes is easy on your desktop, personal computer (PC), or laptop. Learners can quickly join the daily classes by logging into the 21K School portal and selecting the classes and subject section. The daily classes are available in the daily agenda section.

Checking the Time Table

21K School follows a strict timetable for establishing a disciplined academic routine for learners. It is easy for parents and learners to log in to the portal and then select the grade from the dashboard. The TIME TABLE option reflects on the dashboard with details of all classes for the learner.

21K School offers dedicated sections to learners to align them in proper classes. However, many times learners may need to check their grades and sections for quick references. Learners can log in to their 21K portal account and then quickly click on the Classes and Subject option to view their section and grade.

Submitting the Home Assignments

Assessprep is the dedicated platform for submitting assignments for 21K School learners. It is simple to access this platform by logging into the portal and then selecting the assignment option.

21K School focuses strictly on student attendance and makes it available for learners and parents for quick review. You can log in to the portal and then check the My Profile section on the dashboard.

You can log in to the 21K School portal and then go to the top right-corner email option. Here, select the Write message option for sending a new message to the respective teacher by clicking on the Select user option.

Avoiding Emails From 21K School Going to Spam

Many times, you may experience that emails from the 21K School domain are going to spam directly. Here, you can create a filter in your email client to automatically move the emails from the 21K School domain to your inbox.

A Learning Kit or LK is a kit offering different physical materials to the learners which is shipped by the school to the learner location. Parents are updated about the progress of the learning kit delivery through emails.

Further, it is easy for parents to reach the L1 SPOC team through the portal for tracking and other learning kit-related issues.
