Refunds Policy

At 21K School, we believe in creating meaningful, small‑group experiences—and that’s why each summer camp batch is limited to just 10 learners. Every seat matters.

To maintain the quality and commitment of the programme, please take note of our refund policy:

✅ Before the Camp Begins:

• Full Refund: If you cancel at least 4 days before the batch start date, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund, as that seat becomes difficult to fill at the last minute.

❌ After the Batch Starts:

No Refund: Once the batch has started, we are unable to offer any refund. Every learner counts, and a withdrawal impacts the experience for the entire group.

We encourage all parents to register only if they’re sure about the schedule and commitment. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain small, focused, and high‑quality learning spaces.
